Cornell Tech Campus is a 4-5min walk south from the Roosevelt Island Station
After exiting the subway station, head southwest on West Road towards West Main Street

Once you reach North Loop Road, Cornell Tech Campus will be directly infront of you.
BY TRAM
From Manhattan, take the Tramway Car at 59th Street & Second Avenue Station.
Exit at tramway station on Roosevelt Island.
Cornell Tech Campus is a 3min walk from the Roosevelt Island Tramway
After exiting the tramway, head west on West Main Street towards Manhattan
Turn left to stay on West Main Street
Once you reach North Loop Road, Cornell Tech Campus will be directly infront of you.
Cornell Tech Campus is a 3min walk from the Roosevelt Island Tramway where the RIOC Red Shuttle ends
After exiting the tramway, head west on West Main Street towards Manhattan

BY FERRY
From Manhattan, board at either Wall St/Pier 11 or East 34th St, at FDR Drive toward Astoria.
The travel time from Wall St and East 34th St is 35 and 20 minutes, respectively.
After exiting the ferry, head South on East Main Street. Make a right onto North Loop Road, and Cornell Tech Campus will be on your left.

From Queens, board the ferry at either the Astoria landing at 3-10 Astoria Blvd toward Wall Street, or at the Long Island City landing at 47th Road toward Astoria.
The travel time from either of these landings is approximately 10 minutes.
BY BUS
From Queensboro Plaza:
Take stairway down north side to corner of Crescent and Bridge Plaza North.
Take the Q102 Queens Surface bus to Roosevelt Island.
Exit at the West Loop Rd bus stop, located at the Northwest corner of the campus.
On Roosevelt Island
RIOC RED BUS
The RIOC Red Bus provides bus service around Roosevelt Island; it makes all local stops every fifteen minutes from 5:45 AM until 2:30 AM every day.
A Red Bus Rush Hour Service runs on weekdays, 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, during which buses will run approximately every 8 minutes.
There is no fare to ride the Red Bus.
Taking the bus from the Campus to Motorgate Parking Garage takes approximately 12 minutes.
Board the bus from the West Loop Rd stop, and take the bus Northbound to Motorgate. The bus stops directly in front of the parking garage.
From Motorgate to Cornell Tech, board a Southbound bus across the street from Motorgate and exit the bus at the West Loop Rd stop, located at the Northwest point of the Campus.

Event drop-off and collection is located at the corner of West Loop Road & North Loop Road, please utilize the address below for directions.
Please note, access to Roosevelt Island by vehicle is via the 36th Avenue Bridge in Queens.
